Our move was kind of a mess and the guys were super understanding and professional. They treated our furniture with care and got us moved across town pretty quickly. The price was very reasonable too. Cannot recommend them enough!

This company was so professional I don’t even know where to begin. First of all, they answer fairly quickly when you call and were easy to schedule. The person who answered was very helpful.
All I needed was a POD unpacked. Lamar and John showed up right on time. They called about 30-40 minutes ahead of arrival and I warned them there was a wire across my driveway hanging about 15+/- ft so they parked in the church parking lot across the street just in case. John and Lamar were just as polite as could be. They let me explain everything without interruption and were respectful of my home and furniture.
Several times I tried to move something out of there way and they jumped in to help immediately. They worked nonstop and were friendly. Honestly, I cannot believe what they were capable of lifting and carrying. Luckily, they weren’t the types that tried to carry 3 and 4 boxes every trip. I stood by the POD and they waited for me to look at each box to decide which room to take it to and always asked if they didn’t know.
As far as I can see, every box went to the right room. There was very heavy furniture my husband and I couldn’t get into the POD ourselves and Lamar and John picked up each piece with ease. I wanted to take the drawers out of the heaviest, nicest dresser I own, but they said it wasn’t a problem.
Also, they were super careful. No walls were nicked (sp?) and no furniture was broken. Not only that, but they waited to make sure the piece was in the exact place I wanted it: moving it three or four inches here, rotating a table there.
I can’t say enough good things about them. They were the best company I’ve ever had the pleasure to hire and I would give them ten stars. And no, I never met these people before or worked with this company before. I’m from out of town. 10 ⭐ stars!

Absolute Moving Company is Awesome. I spoke with James and advised him of my move. James came to my apartment and reviewed every room and came up with an awesome price. On the day of the move Lance gave me a call prior to our scheduled arrival time and advised me of their location and estimated time to arrive to start loading. Lance, Tim and Jackson showed up on time, and ready to work. This team of movers were Kind, Courteous and efficient. I definitely will be using them again in the future.

If you want professional movers that are kind, efficient, and outright amazing, call Absolute Moving. Matt and his team of 3 moved our 3 bed, 2.5 bath home in about 4 hours. Not only were they quick, they were super careful and wrapped everything up and moved our entire home with no damage to anything. Disassembled and reassembled our beds, and made sure everything got put in the right rooms. Reasonably priced, great guys all around, great experience. If we ever have to move again, I’ll be calling them!

Overall, our move went extremely well. The crew of Mark, Rodney, John and Matt packed and loaded our furniture and stuff on a Thursday and safely delivered it to our house on the Friday. They were all very efficient and professional. We would certainly use Absolute Moving on any occasion in the future.

I used Absolute Moving last month and had a great experience. Lance, Carlos and Sergio were the crew who showed up that day, and I was so impressed with all of them! They were super quick, and careful with all my stuff. They reassembled my bed and vanity, and they took care of everything. I’ve moved several times in the Hampton Roads area using other companies, this is the first time I’ve tried Absolute Moving and it’s the only time I decided to leave a review. Will use Absolute Moving again!

Wow! This company is amazing. They rolled up with 2 trucks and 6 guys and moved our house that we’ve lived in for 10 years in less than 8 hours! That’s including packing up the whole house and unpacking is into the new one. The Seth and his guys were professional, courteous, and very hard- working. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks. We have no complaints!
